Throughout the month of December, the premises will close at 02.00am on Fridays & Saturdays.
On New Year's Eve, the premises will be open until 04.00am on whatever day New Year's Eve falls in that year.

Throughout the month of December, late night refreshment will be provided between 23.00 and 01.30am on Fridays & Saturdays.
On New Year's Eve, the premises will provide late night refreshment until 03.30am.
Throughout the month of December, the finishing time for alcohol will be 01.30am on Friday & Saturdays.
ANNEX 1 MANDATORY CONDITIONS
No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence at a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) in respect of the Premises Licence or at a time when the DPS does not hold a Personal Licence or their Licence is suspended.
Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a Personal Licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS IMPOSED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Substantial food will be made available at the premises at all times.
A range of non-alcoholic beverages will be available at all times.
All exits at Annex 4 and escape routes to those exits (including internal escape routes) from the premises shall be maintained in good repair, correct working order and kept free from all obstructions and shall be available for immediate use when the public are on the premises.
Before the premises are opened for the purposes authorised by the licence, an inspection shall be carried out to ensure that the premises are safe for use. Details of the inspection, defects discovered and remedial action taken shall be recorded in writing in a logbook kept for that purpose. That logbook shall be made available for inspection on demand to an Authorised Officer of the Council, a Fire Officer or a Police Constable.
No nuisance shall be caused by noise coming from the premises or by vibration transmitted through the structure of the premises to noise sensitive premises in the vicinity.
