ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS IMPOSED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
A CCTV system shall be operated at the premises to the satisfaction of Lancashire Constabulary and shall be used to record during all hours that the premises are open to the public.
Security Grills shall be installed at the premises
All exits at Annex 4 and escape routes to those exits (including external escape routes) from the premises shall be maintained in good repair, correct working order and kept free from all obstructions and shall be available for immediate use when the public are on the premises.
There shall be maintained on the premises at all times an adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment and materials.
Fire Extinguishers and Smoke Alarms shall be installed and maintained in good working order.
No unsociable behaviour shall be tolerated on the premises or within the immediate vicinity of the premises
There shall be placed at all exits from the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public, notices requiring customers to leave the premises and the area quietly.
Persons who appear to be under the age of 21 years shall be required to produce proof of age by way of one of the following:
- A recognised proof of age card accredited under the British Retail Consortiums Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS)
- Photo driving licence
- Passport
- Citizen card supported by the Home Office
- Official ID card issued by HM Forces or European Union bearing a photograph and birth of the holder
No person under the age of 18 years shall be permitted to enter or remain on the premises unless accompanied by a person of at least 18 years of age
