ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS IMPOSED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Only 1 event involving licensable activity shall take place in the premises at any one time
A Health and Safety at Work risk assessment shall be conducted in respect of each event.
Each risk assessment will incorporate evacuation procedures.
The protection of children from harm shall be incorporated into each risk assessment
The Licensing Authority, Police and Fire Service will be given at least 7 days advance notice of each event including details of the event and event plan
Where a third party is using the premises for licensable activity, the risk assessment and control measures identified will be conditions of use and conditions of this licence
No sale or consumption of alcohol shall be permitted in the park during a licensable activity
The prevention of public nuisance by noise and litter will be assessed for each event and consultation with Hyndburn Borough Council Environmental Health Department will take place when necessary to reduce potential noise nuisance.
No adult entertainment shall be permitted.
