ANNEX 3 CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE MAGISTRATES' COURT
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours:
Monday - Saturday (inclusive) 11.00am to 21.30pm
Sunday - 11.00am to 21.00pm
These hours will also apply on all public holidays.
No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence at a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) in respect of the Premises Licence or at a time when the DPS does not hold a Personal Licence or their Licence is suspended.
Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a Personal Licence.
Persons who appear to be under the age of 21 years shall be required to produce proof of age by way of one of the following:
A recognised proof of age card accredited under the British Retail Consortiums Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS);
Photo driving licence;
Passport;
Citizen card supported by the Home Office;
Official ID card issued by HM Forces or European Union bearing a photograph and the date of birth of the holder.
A log book recording all refused alcohol sales shall be kept.
All staff shall be trained to adhere to the policy to prevent under age sales
There shall be good access and egress maintained to and from the premises.
There shall be no lighting other than that of trading displays which will cause light pollution or nuisance.
No music shall be played in the premises.
