ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH OPERATING SCHEDULE
No person shall be allowed to consume alcohol in the premises.
A CCTV system shall be in operation at the premises to the satisfaction of Lancashire Constabulary and shall be used during all the hours that the premises are open to the public.
The premises shall be kept clean and safe.
All criminal offences shall be reported to the Police and any prosecution shall be supported.
The tiling and flooring shall be maintained in a condition not to undermine the public safety licensing objective.
All fire fighting equipment detailed in annex 4 shall be provided and maintained immediately available for use i.e. foam 1 x 9 litre fire blanket.
Where the promises provide food to the public for consumption on or off the premises there shall be provided at or near the exits, sufficient waste bins to enable the disposal of waste food, food containers, wrappings etc.
A litter bin shall be provided by the licence holder to prevent public nuisance.
Signs will be placed in the shop requesting litter be disposed of properly.
The shop frontage shall be maintained clear of litter by periodic litter patrols being provided by the licence holder, details of such patrols being entered in a log book maintained for that purpose.
An alarm system incorporating a panic alarm shall be installed and maintained in working order.
Only packaging which is absolutely necessary shall be provided.
Bags shall only be provided at patron’s request.
An adequate First Aid kit shall be available at all times licensable activity is being conducted.
Staff shall receive appropriate Health and Safety and First Aid training.
