ANNEX 3 CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
Alcohol shall only be supplied by retail sale at the premises between 1000 hours and 2100 hours Monday to Sunday
A CCTV system shall be installed, maintained and operated at the premises to the satisfaction of Lancashire Constabulary and shall be used to record during all hours that the premises are open to the public
The images recorded by the CCTV system shall be retained in an unedited form for a period of not less than 31 days
An alarm system incorporating a panic button that can be activated in an emergency to summon assistance shall be in use at the premises during all the hours the premises are open to the public
A notice or notices shall be displayed in and at the entrance to the premises where they can be clearly seen and read and shall indicate that it is unlawful for persons under 18 to purchase alcohol or for any person to purchase alcohol on behalf of a person under 18 years of age.
Persons who appear to be under the age of 21 years shall be required to produce proof of age by way of one of the following:
- A recognised proof of age card accredited under the British Retail Consortiums Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS)
- Photo driving licence
- Passport
- Citizen card supported by the Home Office
- Official ID card issued by HM Forces or European Union bearing a photograph and birth of the holder
There shall be placed at all exits from the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public, notices requiring customers to leave the premises and the area quietly, and not to congregate or consume outside the premises, alcohol supplied therefrom
Customers shall not be permitted to congregate and consume alcohol supplied at the premises within the vicinity of the premises. The removal of alcohol from the premises shall be prevented if it is intended for such purpose.
