ANNEX 2 CONDITIONS IMPOSED BY VIRTUE OF BEING CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
A CCTV system shall be installed, maintained and operated at the premises to the satisfaction of Lancashire Constabulary and shall be used to record during all hours that the premises are open to the public.
Persons who appear to be under the age of 21 years shall be required to produce proof of age by way of one of the following:
- A recognised proof of age card accredited under the British Retail Consortiums Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS)
- Photo driving licence
- Passport
- Citizen card supported by the Home Office
- Official ID card issued by HM Forces or European Union State bearing a photograph and birth date of the holder
The holder of the Premises Licence shall maintain a refusals register to record details of those persons attempting to buy alcohol who have been refused due to none compliance with the above condition.
All staff shall be trained and comply with the Portman Group Guide 'Dealing With Drunkenness' for staff in pubs and bars.
There shall be an adequate supply of first aid equipment on the premises.
All means of escape and fire exits shall be clearly marked.
Adequate access and parking for emergency vehicles shall be maintained to the satisfaction of Lancashire Constabulary and Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service.
No noise or noxious smells or substance shall eminate from the premises to cause a public nuisance.
Adequate litter collection services shall be available on the forecourt to the satisfaction of Environmental Services.
