  No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence at a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) in respect of the Premises Licence or at a time when the DPS does not hold a Personal Licence or their Licence is suspended.

   

  Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a Personal Licence.

  All staff will be trained in evacuation procedures and use of fire safety equipment.

   

  Spirits are located behind the counter.

   

  Adequate provision of waste bins to be provided on the forecourt.

   

  Staff will be trained and received refresher training in respect of, Challenge 21, the refusals system and the CCTV system.
