ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH OPERATING SCHEDULE
A CCTV system shall be installed, maintained and operated at the premises in liaison with and to the satisfaction of Lancashire Constabulary and shall be used to record during all hours that the premises are open to the public.
Recordings shall be stored in a safe environment for a period of time agreed with the Police Licensing Officers and made available to an authorised officer of the licensing authority or the Police.
Persons who appear to be under the age of 18 years shall be required to produce proof of age by way of one of the following:
- A recognised proof of age card accredited under the British Retail Consortiums Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS)
- Photo driving licence
- Passport
- Citizen card supported by the Home Office
- Official ID card issued by HM Forces or European Union bearing a photograph and birth of the holder
Accreditted Student Card
The licence holder and/or the designated premises supervisor or a person nominated by them shall be a member of and regularly attend at the meetings of the Pub and Club Watch schemes for the area within which the premises is located.
Persons under the age of 18 years of age will only be admitted entry to or allowed to remain on the premises if accompanied by a person of 18 years of age or older the premises when trading if accompanied by an adult.
Persons under the age of 18 years will not be permitted to play the All Cash Gaming Machines.
A fire log book is to be provided and maintained by a nominated member of staff.
A delegated member of staff will be appointed who, in the first instance,would contact the Fire Brigade in case of fire.
A fire risk assessment will be provided prior to the commencement of trading.
There shall be placed at all exits from the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public, notices requiring customers to leave the premises and the area quietly.
