Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
Adequate fire extinguishers and First Aid equipment shall be available at all times the premises are open to the public for licensable activities
No product shall be sold in a glass bottle
There shall be no tables or chairs placed in the public area of the premises
There shall be placed at all exits from the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public, notices requiring customers to leave the premises and the area quietly.
The licence holder or designated member of staff will monitor children who enter the premises to promote the licensing objectives
Litter bins of an appropriate size shall be provided outside the premises whilst open for licensable activities
Such bins shall be maintained useable by regular transfer of the contents to the premises own trade waste bins
There shall be periodic litter patrols to maintain the frontage of the premises clear of litter. Details of such patrols shall be entered in a log book maintained for that purpose
Notices shall be prominently dissplayed requesting patrons dispose of their rubbish responsibly
Only packaging which is absolutely necessary shall be provided, with bags only being provided at the request of customers
