• ANNEX  1 MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  (a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  (b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  The supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

  Alcohol shall not be sold in an open container or be consumed in licensed premises

   

   

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  The alarm company will be notified in relation to the additional opening hours

   

  The premises will employ extra staff for the later hours

   

  No children will be allowed in the premises without an adult after 10pm

   

• ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY

   

  A notice or notices shall be displayed in and at the entrance to the premises where they can be clearly seen and read and shall indicate that it is unlawful for persons under 18 to purchase alcohol or for any person to purchase alcohol on behalf of a person under 18 years of age.

   

  All staff shall receive training to prevent under age sales of alcohol.  All staff receive regular refresher training to prevent underage sales. This training to be documented and details of training to be made available on request.

   

  All persons who appear to be under the age of 25 years shall be required to produce proof of age by way of the following:

   

  A recognised proof of age card accredited under the British Retail Consortiums Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS)

  Photo driving licence

  Passport

  Citizen card supported by the Home Office

  Official ID card issued by HM Forces or European Union Member State bearing a photograph and birth date of the holder

   

  A refusals book shall be maintained to record all challenges and refused sales to persons who cannot comply with the above conditions.

   

  CCTV shall be installed, maintained and operated at the premises and shall be used to record during all hours that the premises are open to the public. The  images recorded by the CCTV system shall be retained in unedited for a period of not less than 28 days.
