• ANNEX 1 MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  Any supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises

   

  a) must be made at a time when the premises are open for the purposes of supplying alcohol, in accordance with the club premises certificate, to members of the club for consumption on the premises

   

  b) must be in a sealed container

   

  c) must be made to a member of the club in person

   

   

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS IMPOSED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE & UNDER PARAGRAPH 18(4) & 18(5) SCHEDULE 8 LICENSING ACT 2003

   

  The premises shall be operated as a bona fide qualifying club licensable activities being confined to members of the club and a member's guests only

   

  Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours. The above restriction does not apply to the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where they are residing.

   

  The maximum number of persons that shall be admitted to the 1st Floor function room shall be 110 including staff and performers

   

  Any police crime prevention survey recommendations shall be complied with

   

  A supply of free drinking water shall be available at all times the premises are open

   

  There shall be maintained on the premises at all times an adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment and materials.

   

   

  Fire Fighting Equipment detailed in Annex 4 shall be readily available

   

  There shall be placed at all exits from the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by members and their guests) notices requiring customers to leave the premises and the area quietly. 

   

  The upstairs bar shall be closed during childrens parties.
