At any time when the sale of alcohol is extended by seasonal variation or non-standard timing, these hours shall be extended by 30 minutes beyond the extended time for the sale of alcohol
The times at which the premises are open to the public are to by extended to 24 hours per day in respect of persons residing at those premises on the relevant date.
On any occasion upon which the hours for the sale of alcohol are extended, the hours for live music will be extended to be co-terminus with those hours

Alcohol may be supplied at any time that that the premises are open to the public to a person resident at the premises for consumption on or off the premises, a guest of such a person for consumption on the premises only.
Alcohol may be supplied at any time to persons employed on the premises for the purpose of business carried on there if the alcohol is supplied at the expense of their employer or the person carrying on or in charge of the business on the premises, for consumption on the premises
ANNEX 1 MANDATORY CONDITIONS
No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence at a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) in respect of the Premises Licence or at a time when the DPS does not hold a Personal Licence or their Licence is suspended.
Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a Personal Licence.
Adequate first aid facilities shall be provided at all times the premises are open to the public
All fire escapes and fire exit routes shall be checked regularly to prevent obstruction
Staff will be trained to remind patrons to leave quietly
There shall be placed at all exits from the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public, notices requiring customers to leave the premises and the area quietly.
Live music will cease 1 hour before the terminal time that the premises are open to the public, excluding residents.
No person under 18 years of age shall be allowed to enter or remain on the premises unless accompanied by a person aged 18 years or older.
