ANNEX 2 CONDITIONS IMPOSED BY VIRTUE OF BEING CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE OR PARAGRAPH 6(6) OR 6(8) SCHEDULE 8 LICENSING ACT 2003
1 All sales made between the hours of 22.00 and 05.00 are to be made via a night tray.
2 No customers shall be allowed to enter the premises between the hours of 22.00
and 05.00.
3 The Challenge 21 scheme will be adopted at the premises. Any person who appears to be under the age of 21 will be challenged for identification to prove that they are over the age of 18.
4 The only identification that will be accepted are a photographic driving licence, passport or a government approved PASS card.
5 A CCTV system shall be installed, maintained and operated at the premises to the satisfaction of Lancashire Constabulary and shall be used to record during all hours that the premises are open to the public. The coverage of cameras shall cover the internal areas, main entrance and external vicinity.
6 A notice or notices shall be displayed in and at the entrance to the premises where they can be clearly seen and read and shall indicate that it is unlawful for persons under 18 to purchase alcohol or for any person to purchase alcohol on behalf of a person under 18 years of age.
7 Until agreements 1 to 6 are in place and if no other objections are received the premises can from 12/1/11 open and sell alcohol from 5am on a daily basis until 23.00 hours Monday to Saturday and 10.30pm On Sunday
8 The licence application will not be granted and take affect until agreements 1 to 6
are put in place to the satisfaction of Lancashire Constabulary
