ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Whenever the DPS is not at the premises, another person shall be nominated by them to be the responsible person to manage the premises.
The DPS or a person nominated by them shall be a member of and regularly attend meetings of any pubwatch scheme for the area within which the premises are located.
The premises licence holder is aware of and will comply with all existing Fire Safety and Health & Safety legislation.
At all times the DPS or other responsible person nominated by him/her shall ensure that the level of noise emitting from the premises shall be kept to a minimum by regulating the noise from within the premises.
Clear signs will be displayed in a prominent position at the entrance/exit to the premises asking the customers to be quiet upon leaving the premises and to respect the neighbours.
When entertainment is being provided all doors and windows will be closed, except for access and egress.
Any regulated entertainment that takes place at the premises will do so from the stage area.
The noise level for regulated entertainment will be set at a level to be agreed with Hyndburn Borough Council Environmental Health Department.
Regular assessments of the noise level will take place by the DPS or other responsible person to assess its impact on surrounding residential properties.
