Additional Conditions

ANNEX 1 MANDATORY CONDITIONS

No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence at a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) in respect of the Premises Licence or at a time when the DPS does not hold a Personal Licence or their Licence is suspended.

Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a Personal Licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS IMPOSED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

No person shall be permitted to enter or re-enter the premises after 2330 hours

No live music shall consist of more than 4 performers

No live music shall be performed on more than one occasion per callendar month

Live music shall cease at least 1 hour before the terminal time that the premises are open to the public.

There shall be no provision of adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children

The toilets of the premises shall be checked regularly

The premises licence holder and staff will monitor customer behaviour

Drinks other than alcohol shall be available

All exits at Annex 4 and escape routes to those exits (including external escape routes) from the premises shall be maintained in good repair, correct working order and kept free from all obstructions and shall be available for immediate use when the public are on the premises.

There shall be maintained on the premises at all times an adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment and materials.

Staff shall be trained to remind customers to leave quietly at the end of the evening

No person under the age of 18 years shall be allowed to enter or remain on the premises after 2000 hours.

No person under the age of 18 years shall be allowed to enter or remain on the premises unless accompanied by a person of at least 18 years of age.

A torch or other headlamp shall be available behind the bar

There shall be a recognised means of warning in the event of emergency
