ANNEX 2 CONDITIONS IMPOSED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The licence holder and/or the designated premises supervisor or a person nominated by them shall be a member of and regularly attend at the meetings of the Pub and Club Watch schemes for the area within which the premises is located.
Order will be maintained both inside and outside the premises.
Customers who are intoxicated will not be served.
All fire regulations will be complied with.
All exits at Annex 4 and escape routes to those exits ( including external escape routes) from the premises shall be maintained in good repair, correct working order and kept free from all obstructions and shall be available for immediate use when the public are on the premises.
Fire extinguishers will be available.
Before the premises are opened for the purposes authorised by the licence an inspection shall be carried out to ensure that the premises are safe for use. Details of the inspection, defects discovered and remedial action taken shall be recorded in writing in a log book kept for that purpose. That log book shall be made available for inspection on demand tan authorised officer of the council, a fire officer or a police constable
The building and fittings will be safe and maintained under the appropriate regulations.
The juke box volume will be kept at low levels, especially later in the evening.
The windows and vestibule door to remain closed at all times when music is played. The designated premises supervisor is to control the volume at which music is played with periodic checks to be made outside the premises by the supervisor, or an appointed member of staff, to monitor the noise levels from the premises to ensure no nuisance is caused to noise sensitive premises.
Dedicated taxi firms advertised on the premises for the benefit of patrons will be informed by the premises supervisor to collect fares from the premises in a manner so as to minimise any disturbance to local residents.
A prominent sign should be displayed requesting patrons respect and consider neighbouring residents when leaving the premises.
There should be no movement of waste or bottles between the hours of 18:00 to 08:00.
Deliveries, collections, servicing etc., should not take place between the hours 18:00 to 07:00 except where access at other times is unavoidable, at which time guidance will be given by the premises supervisor or an appointed member of staff, to minimise noise.
The beer garden/external areas of the premises shall be closed to the public for the purposes of consumption of alcohol at 23:00 hours until the start of trading each day. Amplified and recorded music supplied to external areas shall be inaudible in neighbouring noise sensitive premises.
Children will not be allowed inside the premises, however if adults are outside with children they will be held responsible for them at all times.
