ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS IMPOSED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The licence holder and/or the designated premises supervisor or a person nominated by them shall be a member of and regularly attend at the meetings of the Pub and Club Watch schemes for the area within which the premises is located.
There shall be a zero tollerance drugs policy referred to in Section 7.61 to 7.64 Statutory Guidance to the Act and Safer Clubbing
There shall be drugs prevention posters displayed
Staff shall receive training to promote the licensing objectives
A system of emergency lighting shall be provided
There shall be a recognised evacuation procedure in place
No portable electrical equipment used in connection with regulated entertainment shall be connected to the mains electrical circuit except via a residual current detection device unless the mains circuit is isolated from the lighting and emergency lighting circuits by means of a circuit breaker at the distribution board
Noise shall be kept to a minimum
There shall be placed at all exits from the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public, notices requiring customers to leave the premises and the area quietly.
Children shall be required to leave the premises when the premises are too busy with adult customers
