• ANNEX 1 MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence at a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) in respect of the Premises Licence or at a time when the DPS does not hold a Personal Licence or their Licence is suspended.

   

  Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a Personal Licence.

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS IMPOSED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE & UNDER PARAGRAPH 6(6) & 6(8) SCHEDULE 8 LICENSING ACT 2003.

   

  The CCTV system will be installed, operated and maintained to the satisfaction of the Lancashire Constabulary.

   

  The premises will create a good working relationship with Clayton Police Officers.

   

  The premises will not serve alcohol to anyone who is drunk.

   

  The premises will be vigil for any drug issues.

   

  The Health and Safety will be up to date and reviewed.

   

  Fire equipment will be checked on a regular basis.

   

  The premises will not exceed capacity limits.

   

  Staff will be aware of fire evacuation procedures.

   

  Customers will be requested to leave the premises in a quiet and respectful manner.

   

  The challenge 21 policy will be in place.

   

  A litter bin will be placed outside the premises.

   

  The surrounding area of the premises will be swept clean every day.

   

  No patrons are allowed to smoke at the front of the premises, only in the designated smoking area shelter.

• ANNEX 3 CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY

   

  A stakeholder group will be set up for the first 12 months of the licence. Neighborhood Management, Local Councillors, Police, residents, Council Officers and residents will be invited to attend.

   

  Customers attending the ground floor function room must use the front door of the premises for access and exit.

   

  The fire door which leads out of the ground floor function room is to remain closed at all times other than in the event of an emergency.

   

  Outdoor licensable activity to cease at 23.00

   

  The beer garden and courtyard to close to customers at 23.00.

   

  The designated smoking shelter to remain open for the licensable hours.
