ANNEX 1 MANDATORY CONDITIONS
No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence at a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) in respect of the Premises Licence or at a time when the DPS does not hold a Personal Licence or their Licence is suspended.
Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a Personal Licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS IMPOSED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE & UNDER PARAGRAPH 6(6) & 6(8) SCHEDULE 8 LICENSING ACT 2003
A CCTV system is to be fitted at the premises.
All individuals who carry out security activities must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority (SIA).
It will be the policy of the premises that drunks are not served.
Customers are not allowed to take drinks or glass off the Licensed Premised area.
We allow our customers to leave at varying times and actively encourage customers to call a taxi.
We will only allow children on the premises for a private party or children’s disco.
