ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS IMPOSED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
No known local trouble maker shall be permitted to enter or remain on the premises
Staff shall be vigilant in promoting the licensing objectives
The Premises licence holder and the designated premises supervisor shall at all times comply with the Portman Group Code of Practice and with the requirements or recommendations of any Portman Group Retailer Alert Bulletin
There shall be no irresponsible drinks promotions which would contravene the British Beer and Pub Association Code of Practice on Point of Sales Promotions
There shall be no entry or re-entry to the premises between the terminal time for the sale of alcohol and terminal time that the premises are open to the public
All alarm systems shall be serviced, tested and certified annually by a qualified engineer
All Fire extinguishers shall be serviced, tested and certified annually by a qualified engineer
All exits at Annex 4 and escape routes to those exits (including external escape routes) from the premises shall be maintained in good repair, correct working order and kept free from all obstructions and shall be available for immediate use when the public are on the premises.
All emergency exits shall be operated by a push bar mechanism only
The noise level of the juke box shall be reduced to background music levels after 2300 hours
Customers shall be encouraged to leave the premises with respect to the local area
Exits from the premises shall be controlled by staff between the terminal time for the sale of alcohol and terminal time that the premises are open to the public to minimise noise and disruption
NO PERSON UNDER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS SHALL BE PERMITTED TO ENTER OR REMAIN ON THE LICENSED AREA OF THE PREMISES DURING LICENSED HOURS.
Persons who appear to be under the age of 21 years shall be required to produce proof of age by way of one of the following:
- A recognised proof of age card accredited under the British Retail Consortiums Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS)
- Photo driving licence
- Passport
- Citizen card supported by the Home Office
- Official ID card issued by HM Forces or European Union bearing a photograph and birth of the holder
