CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH OPERATING SCHEDULE -
All staff will receive regular training
Recorded music outdoors will cease at 10pm
A CCTV system will be maintained which provides coverage of inside and outside of premises.
There shall be illumination of the outside areas of the premises
There shall be no irresponsible drinks promotions which would contravene the British Beer and Pub Association code of practice on Point of Sales promotions.
Noise levels will be monitored to ensure there will be no public nuisance by noise pollution.
No person under 18 years of age shall be admitted to or shall be allowed to remain on the premises unless accompanied by a person of at least 18 years of age.
No person under 18 years of age shall be allowed to remain on the premises after 2000 hours on any day
Only children who are accompanied and supervised by an adult will be allowed on the premises.
Children may not remain on the premises after 8.0pm.
Persons who appear to be under the age of 21 years shall be required to produce proof of age by way of one of the following:
- A recognised proof of age card accredited under the British Retail Consortiums Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS)
- Photo driving licence
- Passport
- Citizen card supported by the Home Office
- Official ID card issued by HM Forces or European Union bearing a photograph and birth of the holder
