ANNEX 1 MANDATORY CONDITIONS
No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence at a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) in respect of the Premises Licence or at a time when the DPS does not hold a Personal Licence or their Licence is suspended.
Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a Personal Licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS IMPOSED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Substantial food will be available at the premises until 2300 hours each day
A renge of non-alcoholic beverages will be available in addition to alcohol
No alcoholic drinks sold for consumption off the premises will be opened on the premises by any member of staff
No drinks shall be sold for consumption off the premises without food also being purchased
The Designated Premises Supervisor or other responsible person nominated by the DPS shall ensure that the level of noise emitting from the premises shall be kept to a minimum by regulating the noise from within the premises
