ANNEX 1 MANDATORY CONDITIONS

ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS IMPOSED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
No cash shall be left on the premises overnight
All doors and windows shall be locked and closed outside the hours that the premises are open to the public
Fire safety equipment detailed in Annex 4 shall be maintained at all times the public are permitted to enter the premises
There shall be maintained on the premises at all times an adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment and materials
Litter shall be regularly collected from outside the premises
Signs shall be displayed asking parents to be responsible for their children
