ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS IMPOSED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Staff shall receive training in fire prevention and fire fighting
Any incidents or suspicious behavior shall be reported to the Police as shall the details of any person causing disorder or nuisance at or in the immediate vicinity of the premises
There shall be no overcrowding in the shop area
All exits at Annex 4 and escape routes to those exits (including external escape routes) from the premises shall be maintained in good repair, correct working order and kept free from all obstructions and shall be available for immediate use when the public are on the premises.
All escape routes shall be well illuminated
Any unnecessary noise shall be discouraged
Customers shall be discouraged from loitering at the front of the premises
Any incident of a child who is alone entering the premises after 2300 hours shall be reported to the police
Staff shall receive training to promote the protection of children from harm licensing objective
