ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS IMPOSED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The licence holder and/or the designated premises supervisor or a person nominated by them shall be a member of and regularly attend at the meetings of the Pub and Club Watch schemes for the area within which the premises is located.
Upon this Premises Licence coming into force, the Club Premises Certificate in force for the premises will be surrendered
A CCTV system shall be operated at the premises to the satisfaction of Lancashire Constabulary and shall be used to record during all hours that the premises are open to the public.
The Concert Room / Ball room illustrated at Annex 4 shall be open to the general public.
The games room / and lounge illustrated at Annex 4 shall be restricted to bona fide members and guests of members of the Poplar Social Club.
Before the premises are opened for the purposes authorised by the licence an inspection shall be carried out to ensure that the premises are safe for use. Details of the inspection, defects discovered and remedial action taken shall be recorded in writing in a logbook kept for that purpose. That logbook shall be made available for inspection on demand to an Authorised Officer of the Council, a Fire Officer or a Police Constable.
There shall be maintained on the premises at all times an adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment and materials.
A system of emergency lighting and alarms shall be installed and maintained to the satisfaction of Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service.
No portable electrical equipment used in connection with regulated entertainment shall be connected to the mains electrical circuit except via a residual current detection device unless the mains circuit is isolated from the lighting and emergency lighting circuits by means of a circuit breaker at the distribution board
All external doors and windows shall be kept closed when regulated entertainment is being provided except in the event of an emergency or to facilitate immediate access or egress.
No licenable activitities shall be the cause of nuisance to noise sensitive premises.
There shall be placed at all exits from the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public, (or member and their guests) notices requiring customers to leave the premises and the area quietly.
No person under the age of 18 years shall be admitted to or shall be permitted to remain on the premises unless accompanied by a person who is at least 18 years of age.
No person under the age of 18 years shall be admitted to any part of the premises during adult entertainment
Any Section 34 (1) Gaming Act 1968 or Category A or B Gambling Act 2005 machine shall be sited only within the members area
