CONDITIONS IMPOSED UNDER SECTION 18(4) AND (5) SCHEDULE 8 LICENSING ACT 2003
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours.
In this condition, permitted hours means between :
1100 hours and midnight Sunday to Thursday
1100 hours and 0100 hours Friday and Saturday
On New Year’s Eve from the end of permitted hours to the start of permitted hours on the following day
The above restrictions do not prohibit:
the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where they are residing.
CCTV shall be installed and maintained to the satisfaction of Lancashire Constabulary and shall be used during all times the premises are open to members and their guests
Admission to the premises shall be confined to members and their bona fide guests
A computerised door entry system shall be used to control access to the premises
The number of persons admitted to the premises shall not exceeed the number identified by a Health and Safety at Work Act risk assessment.
Fire action notices shall be posted and all escape routes signposted to the satisfaction of Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service
The fire alarm and emergency lighting system shall be tested weekly and the results recorded in a log book maintained at the premises for this purpose
There shall be placed at all exits from the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by members and their guests notices requiring customers to leave the premises and the area quietly.
No noise from regulated entertainment shall cause nuisance to noise sensitive premises nearby
Regular noise level assessments shall be undertaken by management and staff
All doors and windows will be kept closed unless in an emergency or to facilitate access or egress
There shall be no deliveries or disposal of bottles after 5pm on any day
No person under 18 years shall be admitted to or shall remain on the premises unless accompanied by a member or guest of a member of at least 18 years of age
No person under the age of 16 years shall be admitted to or remain on the premises after 1900 hours on any day
Proof of age shall be required from any prospective member to ensure they are at least 18 years of age
All staff involved in the supply of alcohol shall receive appropriate training to prevent under age supply or sale of alcohol
The premises will close 30 minutes after the terminal time for the supply of alcohol
All the conditions of the Cinematograph (Safety) Regulations 1955 unless the premises are only used occasionally and in any case on not more than 6 occasions in a callender year for the exhibition of a film. Annex 5
