• ANNEX 1 MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence at a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) in respect of the Premises Licence or at a time when the DPS does not hold a Personal Licence or their Licence is suspended.

   

  Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a Personal Licence.

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS IMPOSED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE & UNDER PARAGRAPH 6(6) & 6(8) SCHEDULE 8 LICENSING ACT 2003.

   

  The premises will operate in accordance with the plan submitted on 30/4/2012

   

  A CCTV system will be in operation.

   

  There will be a zero tolerance policy towards drugs taken by customers and staff.

   

  Pub watch posters will be displayed.

   

  Customers who appear to be drunk will not be served.

   

  All fire exits will be kept clear and maintained.

   

  There will be fire drill at least once a month.

   

  The fire alarm will be tested on a regular basis.

   

  First Aid training will be in place.

   

  Doors will be kept closed when bingo is played.

   

  There will be no loud music played.

   

  Notices will be displayed asking customers to take there neighbours into consideration and leave the premises in a quiet and well mannered way.

   

  Persons under 18 years of age will not be allowed on the premises.

   

  Members must be over 18 years of age.

   

  Photographic ID only will be requested from persons if they look under 25.
