Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
A litter bin shall be placed outside the shop during licensable activity hours
The licence holder shall be a member of the neighbourhood watch scheme whilst such a scheme exists in that area and the licence holder or person nominated by them shall regularly attend such meetings
A CCTV system shall be installed, maintained and operated at the premises in liaison with and to the satisfaction of Lancashire Constabulary and shall be used to record during all hours that the premises are open to the public.
The cash till shall not be placed within reach of a customer whilst standing in the public area
No person who is drunk shall be served
The premises shall have slip resistent tile floors in the public area and a warning sign to prevent slip trip or fall hazard shall be provided when the floor is wet
Adequate fire extinguishers and First Aid equipment shall be available at all times the premises are open to the public for licensable activities
