ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Electrical and Gas Safety checks by a competent qualified engineer shall be conducted anually
Fire extinguishers shall be checked on a regular basis
Childrens access to the premises shall be restricted by policy of the Licence Holder. A copy of that restriction policy shall be available at the premises
The gas supply shall be fitted with an isolation valve to cut off all gas supply when activated in emergency or when canopies and filters are not functioning
There shall be waste bins provided inside the premises for customers to place their waste.
Carrier bags shall only be provided with multiple orders
There shall be a prominant notice displayed in the premises requesting customers place their waste rubbish in the bins provided
