Permitted hours on week days shall end at midnight on any day on which music and dancing is not provided after midnight. On the morning that British summer time begins any reference to 02:00 in the morning should replace a reference to 01:00 in the morning or one hour following the hour specified where closure is between 01:00 and 02:00. Permitted hours on a Sunday shall extend 30 minutes past midnight on the morning following except that they shall end at midnight on any Sunday on which music and dancing is not provided after midnight. On Sundays immediately preceeding a Bank Holiday other than Easter Sunday the permitted hours shall extend up to 02:00 on the morning following that Sunday or at midnight Sunday if music and dancing facilities are not provided after midnight.
On a Sunday which falls on a Bank Holiday weekend other than Easter Sunday the terminal hour shall be 02:00 hours on the morning following the Sunday unless music and dancing are not available in which case the hours shall end at midnight.
