CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE.
A CCTV system shall be operated at the premises to the satisfaction of Lancashire Constabulary and shall be used to record during all hours that the premises are open to the public.
The premises shall be fitted with an alarm system incorporating a panic alarm
Fire fighting equipment shown at Annex 4 and a fire blanket shall be maintained in the premises available for immediate use
All staff shall promote the protection of children from harm licensing objective
The licence holder will provide a litter bin of an appropriate size (normally 90 litres) outside the premises and ensure that the bin is maintained useable by regular transference of the contents into the premises own trade waste.
The shop frontage will be maintained clear of litter by periodic litter patrols which will be recorded in the premises log book.
Notices will be displayed on the premises requesting that patrons dispose of their packaging responsibly.
Only packaging which is absolutely necessary will be provided.
Bags will only be provided at the request of patrons.
