THE PREMISES SHALL BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC BETWEEN 0800 HOURS AND 30 MINUTES AFTER THE TERMINAL TIME FOR THE SALE OF ALCOHOL
The day of an official English Bank Holiday from the start of hours for that day until Midnight
On Sundays which fall on a Bank Holiday weekend, other than Easter Sunday, the terminal hour shall be 0100 hours in accordance with the Public Entertainment Licence hereby converted
between the end of permitted hours for the sale of alcohol 31st December until the start time for such sales 1st January

In relation to the morning on which summer time begins, there shall be a substitution of references to any time after 0100 hours to that time plus 1 hour or should British Summer Time in the future commence at any other time than 0100 hours, any time after that new time plus 1 hour
1100 hours and 0200 hours the following morning on 24th and 26th December where such days fall Sunday to Wednesday
ANNEX 1 MANDATORY CONDITIONS
No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence at a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) in respect of the Premises Licence or at a time when the DPS does not hold a Personal Licence or their Licence is suspended.
Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a Personal Licence.
The licence holder and/or the designated premises supervisor or a person nominated by them shall be a member of and regularly attend at the meetings of the Pub and Club Watch schemes for the area within which the premises is located.
A CCTV system shall be operated covering the internal / external areas of the premises to the satisfaction of Lancashire Constabulary and shall be used to record during all hours that the premises are open to the public.
Persons who appear to be under the age of 21 years shall be required to produce proof of age by way of one of the following:
- A recognised proof of age card accredited under the British Retail Consortiums Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS)
- Photo driving licence
- Passport
- Citizen card supported by the Home Office
- Official ID card issued by HM Forces or European Union bearing a photograph and birth of the holder
Noise from the premises shall not be the cause of public nuisance
