ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
A CCTV system shall be installed, maintained and operated at the premises in liaison with and to the satisfaction of Lancashire Constabulary and shall be used to record during all hours that the premises are open to the public.
Adequate fire extinguishers and first aid equipment shall be available during licensable activity hours
A heavy duty torch shall be available during licensable activity hours
A smoke alarm shall be installed and maintained to the satisfaction of Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service
A telephone shall always be available to facilitate contact with the emergency services
There shall be regular litter patrols to ensure the outside vicinity of the premises are kept clean and tidy
Only packaging which is absolutely necessary shall be provided
The door between the public area and kitchen are shall be locked, but immediately useable by staff in emergency
