ANNEX 2 CONDITIONS IMPOSED BY VIRTUE OF BEING CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General
All staff shall receive training to promote the licensing objectives.
Premises will be member of NFRN
Prevention of Crime and Disorder
A CCTV system shall be operated at the premises in liaison with and to the satisfaction of Lancashire Constabulary and shall record at all times licensable activity is authorised.
The images recorded by the CCTV system shall be retained in unedited form for a period of not less than 14 days.
Public Safety
The premises will have a cautious alcohol pricing policy.
Alcohol sales will be limited per customer.
There shall be no irresponsible drinks promotions which would contravene the British Beer and Pub Association Code of practice on point of sales promotions
Prevention of Public Nuisance
There shall be placed at all exits from the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public, notices requiring customers to leave the premises and the area quietly.
Protection of Children from Harm
Persons who appear to be under the age of 25 years shall be required to produce proof of age by way of one of the following:
- A recognised proof of age card accredited under the British Retail Consortiums Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS)
- Photo driving licence
- Passport
- Citizen card supported by the Home Office
- Official ID card issued by HM Forces or European Union bearing a photograph and birth of the holder
A notice or notices shall be displayed in and at the entrance to the premises where they can be clearly seen and read and shall indicate that it is unlawful for persons under 18 to purchase alcohol or for any person to purchase alcohol on behalf of a person under 18 years of age.
