Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
A CCTV system shall be installed, maintained and operated at the premises to the satisfaction of Lancashire Constabulary.
No food purchased at the premises shall be allowed to be consumed by customers in the premises
A litter bin of an appropriate size shall be provided outside the premises
That bin shall remain useable by regular transferrance of such rubbish and litter contained in the bin to the premises own trade waste bin
The shop frontage shall remain clear of litter by deployment of regular litter patrols, details of which shall be recorded in a log book maintained for that purpose
Notices shall be prominently displayed asking patrons to dispose of litter and packaging responsibly
Only packaging that is absolutely necessary shall be provided
Bags shall only be provided at the request of patrons
