ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS IMPOSED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
A CCTV system shall be operated at the premises to the satisfaction of Lancashire Constabulary and shall be used during all hours that the premises are open to the public.
Customers shall be discouraged from loitering outside the premises
All fire fighting equipment shown at Annex 4 shall be maintained immediately available for use
All exits at Annex 4 and escape routes to those exits (including external escape routes) from the premises shall be maintained in good repair, correct working order and kept free from all obstructions and shall be available for immediate use when the public are on the premises.
A torch shall be provided to aid evacuation in case of lighting failure
A litter bin of an appropriate size shall be provided outside the premises and such bin shall remain useable by regular transferance of waste to the premises own trade wasts
The shop frontage shall be maintained clear of litter by periodic litter patrols being provided by the licence holder.
Notices shall be displayed asking patrons to dispose of their packaging responsibly
Only packaging which is absolutely necessary shall be provided
Bags shall only be provided at patrons request
