ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Adequate lighting for the safety of customers shall be provided
Staff shall receive training to promote the licensing objectives
All exits and escape routes to those exits (including external escape routes) from the premises shall be maintained in good repair, correct working order and kept free from all obstructions when the public are on the premises
An adequate supply of first aid equipment shall be maintained for immediate use
There shall be placed at all exits from the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public, notices requiring customers to leave the premises and the area quietly.
Noise levels shall be kept to a minimum
No person under the age of 12 years shall be allowed to enter or remain on the premises after 2300 hours unless accompanied by a person of at least 18 years of age
A litter bin of an appropriate size shall be provided by the licence holder and maintained useable by regular waste transfer from that bin to the premises own trade waste
The licence holder shall encourage patrons to use any local authority waste bins in the vicinity
The licence holder shall ensure the shop frontage is maintained clear of litter by periodic litter patrols to be recorded in a premises log book
Notices shall be displayed requesting patrons to dispose of their litter properly
Only packaging that is absolutely necessary shall be provided
Only bags that are requested by customers shall be provided
