Annex B - Connditions Consistent with the Operating Schedule
LITTER BINS OF AN APPROPRIATE SIZE SHALL BE PROVIDED TO PREVENT PUBLIC NUISANCE BY LITTERING
SUCH BINS SHALL REMAIN USEABLE BY REGULAR TRANSFERANCE OF THE CONTENTS INTO THE PREMISES OWN TRADE WASTE BINS
THERE SHALL BE PERIODIC LITTER PATROLS TO ENSURE THE FRONT OF THE PREMISES REMAIN CLEAR AND DETAILS OF SUCH PATROLS SHALL BE MAINTAINED IN A LOG BOOK MAINTAINED FOR THAT PURPOSE
NOTICES SHALL BE DISPLAYED IN THE PREMISES ASKING CUSTOMERS TO DISPOSE OF LITTER RESPONSIBLY
ONLY PACKAGING THAT IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY SHALL BE PROVIDED
BAGS WILL BE PROVIDED ONLY AT PATRONS REQUEST
A CCTV system shall be installed, maintained and operated at the premises to the satisfaction of Lancashire Constabulary and shall be used to record during all licensable hours that the premises are open to the public.
An adequate first aid kit shall be readily available during all licensable hours that the premises are open to the public.
All fire escapes and emergency exits shall be clearly indicated and kept free of obstruction
There shall be placed at all exits from the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public, notices requiring customers to leave the premises and the area quietly.
No nuisance shall be caused by noise coming from the premises or by vibration transmitted through the structure of the premises.
Children under 12 years of age shall not be allowed to enter or remain on the premises unless accompanied by a person of at least 18 years of age
