ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
A CCTV system shall be installed, maintained and operated at the premises in liaison with and to the satisfaction of Lancashire Constabulary and shall be used to record during all hours that the premises are open to the public.
The licence holder shall discourage customers from congregating outside the premises and a customer who consumes alcohol purchased outside the shop shall not be served with any further alcohol
Persons who appear to be under the age of 21 years shall be required to produce proof of age by way of one of the following:
- A recognised proof of age card accredited under the British Retail Consortiums Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS)
- Photo driving licence
- Passport
- Citizen card supported by the Home Office
- Official ID card issued by HM Forces or European Union bearing a photograph and birth of the holder
CONDITIONS IMPOSED BY HYNDBURN MAGISTRATES COURT UNDER SECTION 181 LICENSING ACT ON 26TH APRIL 2010
All staff will be trained in making sales of alcohol. The training will take place before staff members make any sales of alcohol.
The training will be documented and made available to the authorities on request.
Staff refresher training will take place at no less than 3 monthly intervals
Persons who appear to be under the age of 25 years shall be required to produce proof of age by way of one of the following:
- A recognised proof of age card accredited under the British Retail Consortiums Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS)
- Photo driving licence
- Passport
- Citizen card supported by the Home Office
- Official ID card issued by HM Forces or European Union bearing a photograph and birth of the holder
An identification verification system will be installed at the premises within one month.
