ANNEX 1 MANDATORY CONDITIONS
No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence at a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) in respect of the Premises Licence or at a time when the DPS does not hold a Personal Licence or their Licence is suspended.
Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a Personal Licence.
ANNEX 2 CONDITIONS IMPOSED BY VIRTUE OF BEING CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE OR PARAGRAPH 6(6) OR 6(8) SCHEDULE 8 LICENSING ACT 2003
Upon completion of the alterations the company will ensure that the premises have CCTV recordable systems in place that are recordable during all opening hours whereby footage is retained for 28 days or more and a member of staff will always be available to download such footage at the Police or authorised Local Authority Officers request.
The premises will be altered in accordance with drawing No. 507/C/5/BWSL/003 as deposited with the Licensing Authority ON 1/5/2012
The whole of the premises is licensed for the sale by retail of alcohol.
