ANNEX 1 MANDATORY CONDITIONS

No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence at a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) in respect of the Premises Licence or at a time when the DPS does not hold a Personal Licence or their Licence is suspended.

Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a Personal Licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS IMPOSED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE & UNDER PARAGRAPH 6(6) & 6(8) SCHEDULE 8 LICENSING ACT 2003.

We are primarily a food establishment and alcohol will be served to accompany a meal or a liquor coffee.

Alcohol will only be served during the daytime. No one intoxicated will be served.

A log book recording any incidents will be kept.

All staff shall receive training to prevent under age sales of alcohol. All staff receive regular refresher training to prevent under age sales. This training to be documented and details of training to be made available on request.

All persons who appear to be under the age of 25 years shall be required to produce proof of age by way of the following:

                     A recognised proof of age card accredited under the British Retail Consortiums Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS).
                     Photo driving licence.
                     Passport
                     Citizen card supported by the Home Office.
                     Official ID card issued by HM Forces or European Union Member State bearing a photograph and birth date of the holder.
