CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE -
On-licence, no children’s certificate
No person under 14 years of age shall be in the bar of the licensed premises during the permitted hours unless one of the following applies;
(1) He is the child of the holder of the premises licence;
(2) He resides in the premises, but is not employed there;
(3) He is in the bar solely for the purpose of passing to or from some part of the premises which is not a bar and to or from which there is no other convenient means of access or egress;
(4) The bar is in the railway refreshment rooms or other premises constructed, fitted and intended to be used bona fide for any purpose to which the holding of the licence is ancillary. In this condition “bar” includes any place exclusively or mainly used for the consumption of intoxicating liquor. But an area is not a bar when it is usual for it to be, and it is, set apart for the service of table meals and alcohol is only sold or supplied to persons as an ancillary to their table meals.

The premises will be equipped with a CCTV system which will provide comprehensive cover of the entrance/exit on Willow Street(external camera), the internal foyer, stairways, bar areas, dance floors and emergency exits.
The system shall be fully maintained and any tapes or DVD's shall be kept for a minimum of 28 days. Cameras must be operational and switched on prior to licensable activities taking place and a designated member of staff must be made responsible for the operation of the system.
CCTV system must be available for inspection and compliance with the operating schedule at any reasonable time.
An experienced personal licence holder will be on the premises at all times that the premises are open to the public to oversee the general management of the premises and to ensure that all conditions attached to the licence are complied with.
Thirty minutes prior to the end of sale of alcohol, music shall be played at a lower tempo and volume.
A notice shall be displayed advising prospective patrons of the condition of entry search policy.
Any person who is or appears to be drunk shall be refused access to the premises.
The last admission time to patrons shall be 30 minutes prior to the end of sale of alcohol.
A procedure which counts, monitors and records the exact number of patrons on the premises at any given time shall be maintained and available for inspection by the police or an authorised member of the licensing authority.
The total capacity limit for the premises shall not exceed 500 persons including staff.
The premises will comply with the 'Challenge 21' scheme in relation to it's entrance policy. Any person who does not appear to be 21 years of age will be asked to produce suitable identity and if unable to do so, will be refused entry.
Any child thought to have consumed alcohol will be refused entry to the childrens disco. A membership scheme will be implemented to ensure that any child previously refused entry to the childrens disco will not be re admitted.
The premises will close for 30 minutes after the end of the childrens disco and prior to the admittance of adults to the premises.
