• ANNEX 1 MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence at a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) in respect of the Premises Licence or at a time when the DPS does not hold a Personal Licence or their Licence is suspended.

   

  Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a Personal Licence.

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS IMPOSED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE & UNDER PARAGRAPH 6(6) & 6(8) SCHEDULE 8 LICENSING ACT 2003.

   

  A closed circuit TV system to be installed and maintained. Images recorded and retained for at least 28 days and to be handed to the Police/Local Authority on request.

   

  Notices to be displayed in store that it is and offence for under 18's to purchase alcohol.

   

  Store fitted with panic alarm to press in cases of emergency.

   

  Store fitted with a burglar alarm.

   

  The requirements of the Fire Officer to be complied with.

   

  No deliveries to take place between the hours of 11pm and 6am the following day.

   

  All staff trained in relation to underage related sales of alcohol. Proof of age scheme in place.

   

  'Under 25' scheme in place and notices of this prominently displayed within the store.

   

  Electronic till prompt when alcohol scanned through tills to remind staff to check age of purchaser.

   

  'All due diligence' refusals log kept to record where sales of alcohol are challenged or refused
