ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS IMPOSED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE & UNDER PARAGRAPH 6(6) & 6(8) SCHEDULE 8 LICENSING ACT 2003.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
That the premises will have a recordable CCTV system that will cover the main entrance doors, the bar and all dancing areas within the premises.
This CCTV system will retain recorded images for at least 28 days and be downloaded at Police or Authorised Local Authority officer request.
There will always be a trained member of staff on duty to promptly facilitate such downloads for any such requests.
All Door Supervisors will record details of starting and finishing times and their licence numbers and names with signatures within a Door Supervisors log book held at the premises.
The premises will utilise an Incident book to record any incidents of crime and disorder, lost property, found property, any noise perimeter checks and Police / Local Authority officer visits.
The Protection of Children from Harm
The premises will utilise a Challenge 25 scheme whereby any persons who appear under the age of 25 will be challenged for proof of age identification to prove they are over 18 years of age.
The only proof of age identification accepted will be a PASS accredited proof of age scheme card, a valid UK Driving Licence or a valid UK Passport.
The Police would favour the use of the PASS accredited cards.
All Lap Dancers and Pole Dancers employed at the venue will need to provide similar proof of age documentation with either a PASS accredited proof of age scheme card, a valid UK Driving Licence or valid UK Passport prior to working at the premises.
This documentation should be copied and available for inspection at the request of Police or authorised Local Authority officers.
