ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS IMPOSED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE & UNDER PARAGRAPH 6(6) & 6(8) SCHEDULE 8 LICENSING ACT 2003.
General
Premises will ensure all licensing activities are carried out in a safe and appropriate manor.
Prevention of crime and disorder
No members of the public will have access to the premises between the hours of 11p.m and 6a.m. All sales during these hours will be undertaken from the serving hatch.
Premises will have a radio link with the town centre control office to liaise with the local Police
The premises will not serve alcohol to anyone who is drunk.
Customers who appear to be under 18 will only be served once their identification is checked. The premises will only accept a full UK passport or card photo drivers licence.
Public Safety
The premises will maintain a comprehensive digital CCTV system that will maintain recordings for a period of 31 days and will be made available to the police for inspection upon request.
The CCTV will be installed, maintained and operated to the satisfaction of Lancashire Constabulary and will cover both internally and externally, including the area where all sales are made.
The CCTV system shall display on any recording the correct time and date of recording.
Prevention of public nuisance
Anyone making noise will be reported promptly to the Police
Protection of children from harm
All members of staff will receive regular documented training with regards to licensing legislation
All staff to have received suitable training in relation to the proof of age scheme and serving to drunks. Records to evidence this will be made available to an authorised officer upon request.
