ANNEX 1 MANDATORY CONDITIONS
No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence at a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) in respect of the Premises Licence or at a time when the DPS does not hold a Personal Licence or their Licence is suspended.
Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a Personal Licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS IMPOSED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE & UNDER PARAGRAPH 6(6) & 6(8) SCHEDULE 8 LICENSING ACT 2003.
We have written training policies and formal training programmes are in place which ensure our people are equipped to meet all licensing objectives.
All training and revision/refresher materials are reviewed regularly.
We have introduced our 'think 25' policy to all our stores in May 2009, this policy is brought to customers attention through point of sale material at the checkout and wherever alcohol is displayed for sale.
We take legal compliance very seriously and in addition to local training we employ a central alcohol licensing compliance manager and have a compliance committee.
