ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS IMPOSED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE & UNDER PARAGRAPH 6(6) & 6(8) SCHEDULE 8 LICENSING ACT 2003.
CCTV cameras installed.
Alcoholic drinks not to be opened or consumed on the premises.
No alcoholic drinks to be sold to any person under 18.
A proof of age policy will be introduced to require proof of age is provided prior to an alcoholic sale being made (recognized proof), e.g., driving licence, passports, to anyone who looks younger than 25 years of age.
Crime prevention notices will be displayed.
Opening times will be displayed outside the shop.
A night tray will be used for sales after 22.00.
Alcohol will not be sold to a person who is drunk.
Disorderly conduct will not be allowed on the premises.
Goods will not be kept on the property that has been imported without payment of duty.
There are arrangements for disabled people for cases of emergency.
Fire exists will be clearly identified and kept clear identified and kept clear at all times.
Health and Safety notices will be displayed.
There will be an adequate supply of first aid equipment on the premises.
There will be adequate lighting in the premises.
I will adhere to timing allowed to me in the licence.
Lighting and external signage will not be too bright and switched off after trading hours so as to not cause nuisance.
No music will be played.
Drinks will be packaged and promoted in a socially responsible manner and only appeal to those persons who are 18 years or older.
The staff of the premises will monitor individuals who are sent by youngsters into the shop to buy alcohol on their behalf (proxy sales) as the CCTV can be viewed inside and outside the shop.
The premises will refuse proxy sales and ban individuals from the shop who take part in proxy sales.
Any proxy sales will be reported to the Police.
Records will be kept of any persons refused an alcohol sale.
Any crime or bad behaviour committed on the premises will be immediately reported to the Police.
