ANNEX 1 MANDATORY CONDITIONS
No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence at a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) in respect of the Premises Licence or at a time when the DPS does not hold a Personal Licence or their Licence is suspended.
Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a Personal Licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS IMPOSED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OPERATING SSCHEDULE & UNDER PARAGRAPH 6(6) & 6(8) SCHEDULE 8 LICENSING ACT 2003
To promote the licensing objectives while selling wine over the internet from a farm location.
A notice will be displayed on the premises website stating any purchase of alcohol must be made by a person 18 years or older.
A purchasing system must be used which guarantees the purchaser is over 18 years of age.
Proof of age may be required on delivery.
Customers will have tick a box agreeing to the terms and conditions.
The premises is not open to the public, all sales authorised by the DPS.
Only home made wines will be sold.
