ANNEX 3 CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
As a fully operational centre there are systems and procedures in place in regard to the licensing objectives.
All external doors and windows shall be kept closed when regulated entertainment
is being provided except in the case of emergency or to facilitate immediate access and egress.
Staff trained to check ID and to serve responsibly.
Risk assessments will be carried out in accordance with Health and Safety
guidelines.
Recorded music to be in the form of background music whilst in the bar.
Staff will have relevant training and qualifications.
Relevant liability insurance in place.
Fire exits and equipment in place.
Responsible consumption of alcohol.
Appropriate sound levels of music.
Customers encouraged to respect local residents.
Repeat offenders will not be welcome.
Cafe/bar will be conference/evening venue where users will be encouraged not
to bring children to the café/bar.
For conferences and other events there will be separate established child care facilities.
There will be a strict under 21 ID policy.
